Join Lee for an inspiring three days of yoga and renewal. This fabulous retreat features daily yoga where we will explore the idea of cultivating inner peace through mindfulness, asanas, pranayama and metta (loving kindness) meditation.

Sleeping Lady Resort is located at a stunning creekside mountain setting. Included are daily yoga, pranayama and meditation sessions (starting from Thursday afternoon until noon on Saturday) as well as incredible gourmet meals (made from local and organic ingredients from their garden when available). There will also be time to relax in the sauna, soak in the outdoor granite hot pool, explore the on-site creekside trails, journal, be by yourself or with friends, and absorb the serenity of the surroundings.

Lee has been facilitating local and international yoga retreats since she opened her studio in 2001. Her retreats reflect her unbounded love of both the natural world and yoga, and inspire a feeling of our interconnectedness with all things.

Lee first began yoga and meditation as a child and has been teaching yoga since 1996.
