Offerings
Yoga is a path that brings me home to my body and aligns me with the natural world.
I encourage flow and rhythm in my classes and will invite you to move with your breath, to connect to subtle physical and energetic sensations, while exploring a sense of inner spaciousness and freedom, lightness and sukha, or sweetness, in your body and by natural extension, mind and spirit.
At the beginning of the practice, we often set intentions for where you’d like to grow and what will inspire you to move forward. Breathing practices are offered to align you with your inner quietude while increasing your vital life force energy.
The classes are thoughtfully sequenced to draw you deeper and deeper into your practice, with the potential to unlock what you may not realize is possible, both in body and mind.
Tuning inward with presence during a yoga session can bring a sense of harmony and peace into your life beyond the session, enabling you to handle potential uncertain and challenging times with more equanimity.
My meditations are created to deeply relax and guide you into your inner kingdoms with grace, tenderness and fearlessness to where inner peace resides.
